Our customer support team will guide you through the next steps and provide you with a return authorization code (RAC).
  2. Packaging the Return: After receiving the RAC, securely package the item(s) to be returned. Make sure the package is well-sealed to avoid damage during transit. Include the original packing slip or a note with your name, order number, and RAC.
  3. Shipping the Return: Please ship the package back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
